Kitchens - Where to start?
A visit to our showroom is a great place to start. We have 10 full size kitchens on display, showing a variety of designs, finishes, accessories, and appliances. Our qualified helpful staff will walk you through our showroom and explain the differences in finishes and designs. You can make an appointment for one of our experienced designers to visit your home, or if you have house plans you can make an appointment with a designer in our showroom, and with your input they will design a kitchen that not only suits your budget, but also your lifestyle.
Before your appointment have a think about what appliances you would like included. It doesn’t need to be specific at this stage, but we do need to know roughly what size fridge you would like, whether you are looking at a wall oven or underbench oven, whether you are looking at a standard microwave or convection microwave, what size dishwasher, cooktop and whether you are looking at a canopy rangehood or a slide out rangehood.
If you are working to a budget (and we understand that most people are) our designers can be enormously helpful by pointing you in the right direction if you give them a rough idea of how much you would like to spend and what “look” you would like to achieve. Remember they are experts and are there for you.
At your initial appointment your designer will book a second appointment for you to go over the plans that they will draw up and show you 3D elevations of what your kitchen will look like. At this stage it is very easy to make changes, and being able to see your new kitchen in 3D gives you an added advantage.
The next step is to make your colour selections. Our designers can provide you with some assistance and give you colour samples to take home to see how your selections look in the light of your home. You can also engage a colour consultant to come to your home and help you select colours that match the rest of your home. Many people use this opportunity to have the colour consultant make other selections for their home as well.
